Both Alan and Lana have introductory lunch and learns that offer a basic understanding of nutrition or sleep and provide a few simple take-aways anyone can implement whether they're healthy and sleep well or not.

4-Part Mini Course

Includes two sessions on sleep and two on nutrition. This mini-course will help your entire organization enhance their sleep, understand the confusing world of nutrition, and improve overall health and well-being.

8 Week Wellness Program

Allow staff to choose which program fits their needs best - sleep or nutrition. Alan and Lana have 8-week programs to teach people how to improve their health with a nutritional plan or conquer their insomnia for good.
